This is one of those working days for us where we know everyone’s attention is focused elsewhere and the task before us is to provide you with a little distraction, a little razzle-dazzle. Which is why we would like to thank Santa for giving us Mimi on this fine morn.

Because she is all about the razzle-dazzle.

Not to poop all over girlfriend’s moment, but we’re actually a little surprised to see her in a look that strikes us as borderline mediocre. This is all on-brand for her, of course, but it felt like her public style had taken a bit of a step forward in quality in the last few years. This dress looks flimsy, the finish is a little dull (gunmetal gray isn’t the first color that comes to mind when you think “sparkle”), the bust is too tight, and she’s got too many visible shapewear bumps. We’ve seen her do this sort of look a million times, and we’ve seen her do it much better than this. The necklace is gorgeous, though.
