We’ve never understood this sort of “two scoops” neckline. Granted, we’re a couple of queens, which mean no part of this design has anything to do with us, in terms of its appeal.
Still…
It always looks so awkward to us. We can’t help thinking a basic sweetheart or straight neckline would make this a nearly flawless look for her. There’s a bit of a rockabilly vibe to the look, picked up by the winged eye and slicked-back hair with a retro-inspired flip. The back tat works perfectly in service to it all. And those shoes are simply killer. All of that suits her really well and we’d suggest that “Tough Girl” should definitely be in a permanent spot on her style rotation. The inverted sweetheart doesn’t go so far as to ruin the look, but it sure overwhelms the rest of it.
