The best thing about awards season is that it largely coincides with the winter holidays, which means just as awards-track actresses are expected to start ramping up their style efforts, holiday dresses become the thing of the moment. Result? Lots of high-end sparkle and rich hues, making these two fashion queens very happy.

As we noted during her I, Tonya promo tour, she’s got the looks that practically beg for ’80s-inspired fashion because that was a decade in which female beauty was defined almost entirely in Margot Robbie terms: thin, white, blonde, big blue eyes. Either she or her style team recognizes the Pfeiffer/Locklear in her and wisely leans into it. We have yet to see it not pay off.
