Congratulations, Michelle! You snagged an LV that’s only wildly overdesigned!
And by that we mean it’s not disastrous and she doesn’t technically look bad in it; two things we have not been able to say about a good portion of her LV obligations. Mind you, we don’t really think this is pretty at all; just that it’s not ugly and isn’t unflattering to her. The basic shape and color story is pretty great. Practically all the other elements could be drastically rethought or edited out completely. The lace is overwhelming and the almost vertebral white design motif looks clumsy. And she certainly doesn’t need those tea towels hanging off her hips. Still, silver goes a long way toward making a dramatic look when combined with a blonde pixie cut – and it’s on trend, as Lorenzo helpfully shouted at you. We’d call this one a tossup.
