Miss Kiki and her onscreen boyfriend do a little coordinating for the poledance and we have to say, we’re pretty charmed by their efforts.
We have officially entered that brief period of the year when a celeb gal can sport a velvet sequined dress on the red carpet without us saying “Feels a little off for this time of year.” It seems like this sort of darkly chic sort of party look is a little new in the rotation for Kiernan, but she looks pretty great in it. Part of the benefit of spending her teen years dressing in age-appropriate styles is that she doesn’t come off precocious when she makes that shift around her 18th birthday into more sophisticated fare. Having said that, since the dress could easily be worn by a woman three times her age, we think a more fun, more youthful sort of hairstyle would’ve been a better idea.
As for him, we love that he’s been working these retro-inspired looks for this tour, although they all come off a little goofy at times. This is the best one yet, but the red plaid and the leopard print booties were enough for one outfit. He needed to ditch the vest and work a more neutral shirt to let the pieces breathe a bit. Still, we love that he’s game to have a little fun with things.
