New York Fashion Week: Cinq à Sept Spring 2019 Collection

Posted on September 14, 2018

For Spring 2019, we found inspiration in the mingling of slow, sleepy vibrancy and relentlessly vivid energy we felt on a recent trip to Southeast Asia.
The overpowering beauty of ancient temples overgrown with colossal leaves and knotted roots served as fertile ground from which to imagine lush color palettes and prints. The local markets teemed with provocative smells and flavors presented in a vibrant array of pigments that are infused into the Cinq à Sept Spring Summer 2019 collection.

The Trailing Orchid print on silk captures the delicate flora we adored. The Guava and Peony brocade used on the Erica dress represent a twist on classic Cinq à Sept inspired by the colors of the marketplace and the sensation of tasting flavors we will never forget. The Angkor floral feels perfectly vintage in charmeuse, bringing us back to a place where color, pattern and texture mingle easily. Cinq à Sept takes the feminine, the bold and the nostalgic and mixes them effortlessly, resulting in pieces that transition from day into night. The romance of Paris, our first and forever inspiration, takes fresh vitality from our travels this season.
