Miss Alison is here to celebrate the many Emmy nominations for her series GLOW, including the one her co-star Betty received! But not the one Miss Alison received because IT DOES NOT EXIST.
Yes, we’re still upset. Should we take it out on their outfits or would that be confusing the issue? Because kittens, we’ve gotta tell you, what’s about to hit your eyes is pretty bad.
Did we lie?
WHY BETTY WHY? We don’t understand any of this. Mirrors still exist, right?
This is particularly painful because we love her so and think she could look fantastic in a whole range of looks and styles. This ensemble falls well outside that range, of course. To be fair, it’s well outside of just about anyone’s range. Maybe this could work at the VMAs or something, but it looks really strange at an event like this one and none of it suits her.
This is… slightly less bad, mainly because it’s not see-through. We almost wish it was, though. That yellow fabric is an assault. We know the nineties keep coming back in waves, but we’re not prepared for the undershirt-under-a-sleeveless-dress look to come back just yet. Mainly because it looks terrible.
