Miss Toni’s a very busy lady, it seems. And while we can’t say we have a deep understanding of her red carpet tendencies, we can note how impressed we are by the way she switched up her look so strongly for two different types of movie premieres.

For the heartwarming family drama movie, she opted for simple, conventional romanticism – and a pair of kicks. We like the idea, but the execution’s way off. The dress is not great, nor is it the type of dress that looks cute with sneakers. You can do this sort of look in a stylish and fresh way, but this combination isn’t managing either of those qualities.

A different sort of dress, with a bit more of a gothic romance feel, but this look has the same problem as the first one: It’s styled badly. The dress has possibilities, but the sandals and the ring are distracting and don’t coordinate with it at all.
