But we’ll say this before we go (because it physically pains us to leave fashion opinions unexpressed): This is surprisingly soft-glam look from Thom Browne, whose pieces tend to look highly editorial on the runway and surprisingly adaptable in the real world. Her team knew this dress didn’t need much; just a little shimmer and sparkle on the face, another in a long line of gorgeous hairstyles, and a simple pair of silver sandals. In this case, the restraint was exactly what the dress called for and the results are perfect.
