You guys, are we just total bitches?
That was (sort of)) a rhetorical question. It’s just that we feel kind of bad because this is bold and bright and exuberant in a way that we just don’t expect from her all that often. Not to be backhanded about it. She certainly has her share of stylish looks on her red carpet C.V.
But this kind of vaguely retro bold floral strikes us as way outside her normal comfort zone. And while we normally want to applaud anyone who expands their style a bit, and we just got done praising Katie Holmes for similarly diving headfirst into spring, we find ourselves wrinkling our noses in distaste a little. It’s kind of ugly, is what we’re trying to avoid saying here.
Tell us we’re wrong or tell us we’ve brilliantly assessed yet another look. Preferably the latter.
