Home » Red Carpet » Bella Hadid, Rare Fruit, at the TAG Heuer...
We’re all for a gal serving up some high-impact cray for the cameras, but we don’t know, Bella…
We think a tripe dress might have to be where we draw the line, dear.
Although we suppose the intent could be seen more along the lines of “rare and easily bruised imported fruit,” but even that strikes us as a too-precious way of justifying a fairly ticky-tacky dress.
The mismatched whites of the netting and the under-dress, and the way the latter is all bunched up underneath are rage-inducing. Not that sprucing up the details would make this any less tacky, but if you’re gonna do that sort of thing – and an actual Grand Prix party is probably one of the better places to do it – then at least render it well. There’s a way to do Tacky Chic, but it requires high-level execution to be done right.
