“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” Broadway Opening Red Carpet Rundown

Posted on April 23, 2018

The dandies came out to get their Potter fix, darlings. Some ladies showed up too.

Chris Colfer

Considering he’s not here to poledance for himself or any of his own work, this is an impressively stylish and photogenic look. Not every man can work a print shirt with a dinner jacket, but he appears to be one of who can.

Darren Criss

Another one who arrived way more impeccable than they needed to. Not that we’re complaining. We get tired of blue business suits on the red carpet, but we can’t deny he looks pretty great here.

Ezra Miller

Ezra, on the other hand, is a totally unapologetic nerd, so some form of Hogwarts cosplay was to be expected.

J. K. Rowling

There’s a decent idea wrapped up in this look – which is not bad, just not quite as well-rendered as it could be. It has a very light fantasy undertone to it, which is perfect for her.

Sarah Hyland in Christian Siriano

Some surprisingly strong red carpetry happening at this event. Her hair looks really cute and we love the shape of the dress for her. Not really feeling the beading situation or the shoes, though.
