We love the way Miss Tessa expresses her style. And we love the way her face can take to such a wide range of looks and styles. But isn’t this all just a bit much for her to handle? And we’re talking about a lady who can normally handle a lot.
It’s almost like… there’s just not enough interest being generated given all she’s being asked to handle here. In other words, it’s fuzzy, and goofy, with some interesting head-styling that we’re pretty sure doesn’t suit her, but at the end of the day it’s just a black mini skirt with a frilly white blouse. A lot of effort to make something so basic look chic, we’re thinking. In fact, she’d have been much better off working a minimalist version of this than one with all this foofaraw.
Still, while it’s as rare as a solar eclipse, we have been known to be wrong about these things. Here’s your chance to tell us why:

IN or OUT?
You are also permitted to use this opportunity to tell us how right we are. It is up to you to decide which option we prefer. We won’t live your lives for you, darlings.
