This gal is human melatonin. We’re just saying.
Alicia Vikander visits “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in New York City.
We’re stifling several yawns here, but as we do so, we have to admit that the shape and style are lovely, with a floaty and dramatic sweep to them. It’s basically a 1940s dress rendered in very 2018 sheer neutrals. In other words, it’s a 1940s dress with almost all the interest stripped right out of it. We generally have a dislike of neutrals on celebrities in promotional situations for a variety of reasons, not least of which is how boring they tend to come across on camera. We’d have much rather seen this in a color, and it’s at least a size too large for her, but despite the blandness and volume, it’s not a totally un-stylish look.
Yes, that was very tortured and backhanded. We’ll see if we can be a bit more blunt with this next one.
