Kerri Russell and Matthew Rhys at FX’s “The Americans” Season 6 Premiere

We don’t know whether we’re confusing them with their characters or whether they were just really well cast in the roles, but they literally always look like they’re in disguise.

In this week’s episode, Kerri and Matthew pose as dance instructors while they try and solve a series of dance-related murders in, “Jazz Hands of Death!”

All things considered, this is pretty great. It’s over the top in a way that comes off a bit surprising from her, but it’s not like she hasn’t worn the cray before. It has an appealingly 1940s-retro feel to it, which suits her pretty well. Without lapsing into actual costume, it would have been nice if her hair had been a bit more of a do. The style calls for it.

It all looks pretty great, but if he put on a white shirt, he would instantly stop looking like he works in organized crime.
