Now that she’s completed her Serious Director awards-season poledance, Miss Greta must consider it something of a relief to get back to the funky, indie movie star looks that pretty much defined her prior to Lady Bird.
To wit:
It’s got that vintage-store feel to it, even though it’s all of-the-moment high-end wear. We don’t think anyone should be surprised that we’re not feeling a velvet turtleneck, but we didn’t expect to like that skirt as much as we do. The longer we look at it, the more we think it’s got some real, kick-ass possibilities. The shoes? We cannot. That style keeps showing up more and more but they always look to us like fancy tissue boxes with heels attached to them. Still, despite all the parts that make us wrinkle our noses dramatically, we think the overall look really speaks to who she is and has a unique sort of style to it, which is why we’re putting the question to you:
