2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Red Carpet Rundown

Posted on March 26, 2018

Darlings, the kids, kid-adjacents, and total NON-KIDS all came out to hear what choices the kids made this year! And lucky us, we get to assess their choices! The style ones, at least! Let’s get cracking!

Caleb McLaughlin

We know that active wear is making a lot of inroads into casual and even semi-formal wear, but the pants really aren’t up to that sweater and jacket, let alone those shoes. All three are fabulous. They deserve better pants.

Grant Gustin

We realize this is a casual affair – and we’d even go so far as to say that the kicks are really working – but come on, Grant. Put a teeny bit more effort in.

Hailee Steinfeld in Stéphane Rolland Couture

Points for being different – and a little drag queen to boot – but this feels a bit overblown for the occasion.

Heidi Klum in Redemption

It’s surprisingly low-key for her, even if that skirt is ridiculous. A shame, because the top half looks great.

Jaden Smith

Sure. Okay.

Jenna Ortega in Tommy Hilfiger

LOVE the skirt. Would’ve told her to ditch the clutch.

Kat Graham in Cinq à Sept

It’s a classic ’80s look, not remotely updated – and it looks great on her.

Kristen Bell in Emilia Wickstead

Kristen came as a mom … who doesn’t know how to pair certain items together. That top with that skirt? That bag with those shoes? It was smart in a way, because Kristen came as the mom who’s chaperoning the middle school dance, but polished off a bottle of wine before she got dressed to leave. She’s right on brand for herself.

Mariah Carey

Never change, Mimi. And Mini-Mimi, we suppose.

Peyton List in Guess

It’s well done, but it sure could use something to freshen it up or make it more youthful. Someone twice her age could work this exact look just as well if not better.

Sadie Sink in Hiraeth

The whole look is really cute, but the zipper is terrible.

Zendaya in Off-White

We get the whole dusty, tea-stained vibe here, but we hate the shape of the sleeves and we think the shoes shouldn’t match the dress.
