This week’s podcast can be summed up in two words:
Not only do we go deep on our love for everyone’s favorite Olympian Adam Rippon, but we explain how he’s an important cultural figure for the gay community at a time when it has gone through some rapid shifts since achieving the overwhelmingly conservative goals of securing military membership and marriage rights. He’s not a big deal just because he’s an out gay Olympian. There’s more to it than that.
Also, keeping this in the realm of queendom, we recap the rather disappointing and weirdly edited “Snatch Game” episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars season 3:
Chi Chi Devayne
BeBe Zahara Benet
But it should be noted that, weirdness and awkwardness aside, we still wound up praising this episode for showing how to do reality competitions right.
But that’s not all! A report on New York Fashion Week and the fall 2018 shows, along with our thoughts on how the fading importance of NYFW isn’t the whole story.
And because we are bitchy queens, not to mention opinionated ones, we serve some tea on the Jennifer Aniston/Justin Theroux separation and the Sarah Jessica Parker/Kim Catrall war.
It’s a veritable kaffeeklatsch of style, gossip, drag and gayness, darlings! And it’s all HERE!
What the fuck more could you want on a Friday?
