It took us a minute, because we weren’t at all sure about the sleeves, but we’re starting to really love this. It’s bold and simple, with one loud element to make it a bit more glam and a bit more photogenic. Several things are helping the look. First, she always looks great in red. Second, her head styling is some of the best we’ve seen for her. The hair, makeup and earrings all look beautiful. Third, we’re just gonna say it: any dress that lovingly highlights her bosom is a good dress for Queen Helen.

Yes, if we were her courtiers, we would be the types who whispered things like “Your Majesty, your rack looks amazing in that dress.”

We love you, Queen, which is why we feel compelled to inform you that this schlockfest looks beneath you. Hope the paycheck was jaw-dropping.
