Gal Gadot in Elie Saab at The National Board of Review Gala: IN or OUT?

Posted on January 10, 2018

Miss Gal serves up more of her Amazonian fuss-free fashion:

We’ve been staring at this all day, liking it in the general sense, but not really coming to a firm conclusion either way. You know what that means, don’t you, kittens? PUT ON YOUR JUDGIN’ PANTS.

It’s exactly the kind of look we pegged as hers a couple of days back: sleek, brightly colored, body-con, with one design twist to keep it from being generic. In this case, it’s the cutout/one-shoulder neckline. We love the skirt and we think the general shape is exactly right for her, but the way the top and bottom are married to each other looks half-assed and unresolved to us. We suppose she could’ve slapped a belt over the skirt, but it sounds pretty irritating to have a belt rubbing against bare skin. At the very least, a statement piece of jewelry was called for, right?

As you can see, we have quibbles a-plenty, but we still keep coming back to the vague idea that this works so well for her that maybe we should shut our whore mouths. You make the call:
