Darlings, we realize you may be Armie-Hammered out, but we simply had to take the opportunity to check out three stylish gays (one real one; two fake ones) sitting around and chatting.
Let’s judge them. Just for fun.
Good enough. You rarely see talk show hosts in such dark suiting, though. It doesn’t exactly pop onscreen.
Also just good enough. The socks are a nice touch, but to be honest, we’ve always found colorful patterned socks to be a bad idea for a sit-down interview. Unless the rest of the outfit is as colorful and focus-pulling, you’re just begging an audience of millions to stare at your ankles the whole time.

LOVE. And a little bit of envy. It’s boldly colorful, looks great on TV, and has a high-fashion feel about it. You did good, pseudo-gay. The real ones (these two, anyway) approve. This may be an unpopular observation, but Gucci’s brand of whimsy, for good or for ill, only works on the very young.
