They look like the Lifetime network dramatization of some tragic Behind the Music type of story. Blandly rebellious and generically sullen. Between this set of shots and the Burberry x Cara Delevingne party (have these two been making the rounds or what?) we’re torn between thinking they just need a little red carpet posing advice to wondering “What’s their problem?”
Style-wise, they look good, if a bit unbalanced. He’s trying to do this rock-and-roll rebellion thing, and to his credit, it’s working really well for him, even if that shade of yellow is hideous. Her dress, somewhat fussy and serious in comparison, doesn’t make the best pairing for his ensemble, but it doesn’t have to be. Besides, based on what little we’ve seen of her promotional style, this would appear to be fairly true to her preferences. It manages to be overdesigned and shapeless at the same time. That panel of buttons is totally unnecessary and the dress would be vastly improved with out it. It would also look much better on her in a dark purple or midnight blue.
