Style File: Which Suits Priyanka Chopra Best, Michael Kors or Bottega Veneta?

Posted on October 16, 2017

Sometimes, you wind up staring at a pretty lady in pretty clothes and you can’t come up with much more than “What a pretty lady, wearing pretty clothes.” But once again, we turn to you kittens to give our lives meaning and our posts form and structure. You see, we think Miss Pri looks pretty fantastic in both of these looks, but they’re fairly different in style. Let’s start arguments about which one’s better for her!

Priyanka Chopra attends Variety’s Power of Women event in Beverly Hills, California in Michael Kors Collection.

Could’ve told you this was a Kors at first glance. A bold print in neutral colors rendered in a classic shape that looks fantastic on a range of women. It’s real-world covetable, even if it doesn’t come off super-high-fashion.

But then she got her Bottega on…

This is much more modern-looking, not to mention much more high-end and expensive. We tend to hate that peach color on most women, but Miss Pri’s got the tone to make it sing. There’s something breezily chic and artfully off about the whole look that appeals to us, although we have a few quibbles. The coat bunches up around her waist, although that’s more of zhuzhing issue. We’re not loving the white pumps and of course, if you know anything about our preferences, you know that irregular hem is giving us eyelid twitches.

As much as we love the Kors on her, we think we’re going to vote for the BV as the more high-fashion look.

Go ahead. Rebut.
