They look a heck of a sight better here than they did at the ribbon-cutting whatever-it-was yesterday, which you can find pictures of here, along with our bitching complaints wariness regarding this new season (the upshot of which is, the socio-politico-cultural landscape for LGBTs has changed so drastically since W&G’s hey day that an attempt to lock the characters into their forms from ten years ago sounds like a big tonal mistake).
Anyway, let’s assess.
Debra Messing in Alice + Olivia
It’s kind of stiff and heavy (which is kind of a thing with her style choices), but the pattern and colors looks fantastic on her. Ironically, after complaining about them practically non-stop this week, we think a black pump would look better here.
Eric McComarck
Probably wouldn’t recommend a denim sports coat with jeans, but this is working surprisingly well.
Megan Mullally
LUV HUH.
The bag is really cute. The shoes are really her – but not all that cute.
Sean Hayes
Meh. He could do so much better.
