It’s not our place to offer a ruling on things like this, we think. We admit, we like seeing more out-and-proud feminism among the celebrity set, who were mostly, up until a few years ago, timid about using the term, with a lot of celeb-ladies falling back on a “… but I don’t hate men” addendum or offering “I’m more of a humanist” as a response to the question. But more and more lately – for fairly obvious reasons, we would think – celebrity ladies (and even occasionally, celebrity men) are almost literally wearing their feminism on their sleeve.
Your thoughts on all that? And also, is it a term you use to describe yourself?
In fashion news, we actually think this is all pretty damn urban-cute. We wish the skirt wasn’t sheer, but we love the simple body suit and red pumps as finishing touches. The headwrap is a good idea but it sure doesn’t look like much thought was put into how to wear it. wouldn’t it be better if some of that hair was tucked up under it?
