Riley Keough and Joel Edgerton attend the “It Comes at Night” New York premiere held at The Metrograph in New York City.
There’s something quintessentially New-York-premiere about these looks. We’re not sure we can quite put our finger on it. L.A. premieres, if we’re being very broad about it, tend toward glam and sexiness more, whereas your average N.Y. premiere style has more of a “…and then we’ll meet up with some friends at that cool new restaurant after” style to it. More “downtown” than “Hollywood.”
If we’re being very broad about it.
Even so, we can’t say we’re in love with this. The blue textile is pretty, but the overdesigned bust/neckline is extremely distracting. The leather part strikes us an unnecessary. Love the hair, though.
This, we kind of love. Respect for a man who’s okay rocking a pink on the red carpet. The only part we’re not feeling is the footwear choice. A less obtrusive shade of brown was called for.
