To her enormous credit, Miss Lily brought her red carpet A game, knowing she’d be sharing this night with the Pope of the Red Carpet Herself. To her even greater credit…
She beat Pope Tilda hands down.
Sure, we’ve seen this dress or some minor variation on it more than a few times before. As Valentinos go, this one’s to be expected by now. But we are seriously digging the pony tail and the deep purple lip, which are both slightly surprising choices for the current boho-inspired Valentino style. Knowing Tilda would be there, she chose “striking” over glam or elegance or even chic (arguably). It’s a high-impact, memorable look. And the style really suits her. As much as we love when she goes the Audrey route, it’s become obvious over the years that she’s got a pretty broad range of styles in her wheelhouse.
