Give J Lo a minute of your time and she’ll sell you on this dress.
There you go. We’re not normally fans of big posing gestures for promotional events, but we figure a dancer promoting her dance show gets a little wiggle room on the whole question of how much and to what extend one should werk that skirt, gurl. The sheer bodice isn’t great and we’re not convinced on the faux ballet slippers, but they and the accompanying top knot are very much on point for “dancer drag.” In other words, this is more of a costume than a publicity ensemble. It just plain works. And it’s another example of just how well Jenny can work fashion to her advantage.
