The Cinq à Sept Resort and Pre-Spring 2018 collection draw inspiration from the beautiful moments spent soaking in the colors and textures of Italian surroundings, both old and new. Rich apricot and cerise hues in luxurious fabrics are mirrored from the bright colors that artfully bounce off buildings and dance along a fountain’s water. Sweetheart necklines, flutter sleeves, and cinched waists are reminiscent of the iconic bombshell beauties of the 60’s and 70’s and are playfully juxtaposed with youthful stretch denim stirrups and track-pants. The femininity of an Amalfi floral print slip dress is artfully differentiated from the menswear-inspired Glen plaid silhouettes. Patches, embroideries, and sequin embellishments continue and update otherwise traditional suiting styles in effortless and relaxed ease.
