Various super-ladies and wonder-co-stars came out to launch the new Wonder Woman film. Shall we reward their support with our judgment, darlings? Together, like a family?
On the one hand, it’s a clever reminder of the costume she wears on Legends of Tomorrow. On the other hand, the shape is a bit too goofy for us. Tone down the bell shape and this could be pretty fabulous – although silver pumps wouldn’t be our rec. Gold, if you want to do a metallic, but we’d be inclined toward a black or dark color.
A fairly generic dress ruined by a too-deep neckline and a goofy cutout. Sorry, girl.
This strikes us as one of those dresses that has a certain low-key chicness in person but it photographs terribly. This is simply not the kind of print you want to sport on a red carpet. And the neckline is distractingly odd.
More, please. It’s not chic, but it’s not boring. And we suppose if you’re playing the insane super-villainess, it makes some sense to show up looking legitimately insane.
Love the clutch, but man, are we getting tired of seeing all these askew, asymmetrical dresses. It always looks like the wearer had a little trouble getting out of the limo.
