Once again, we present you with one of those looks that provokes instantaneous and strongly held opinions expressed with some vehemence. In other words, you’re either gonna love it or hate it on sight. There’s no middle ground on this one.
Now, clear your minds of all distractions and stresses. Stand up, shake it out, do a little stretch if you have to. When you’re limbered up and ready to judge, scroll down.
BAM. Don’t even think, just answer the question:
Elisabeth Moss’s Pink Ruffles:
IN or OUT?
Here are discussion points, but by now, you’ve already made up your mind. It’s a stale-looking design from where we’re sitting; in a color that doesn’t look remotely fresh to us. Everything about it reads like a vintage prom gown in only decent condition. On the other hand, Lizzie does well when she brings little style surprises to the occasion. She doesn’t like to be locked down to one kind of look, which is a good thing. While all our crits remain, we have to admit the color and style actually do work fairly well for her, even if it doesn’t look as fresh or upscale as it should.
