It doesn’t seem to bode well that they’re shooting scenes for a movie that saw its trailer released six weeks ago. But we just picked these shots because we’re such costume design queens and Miss Zoe is providing a living illustration of how powerful it can be as a tool for creating a character.
She’s almost unrecognizable. And when you compare how she looks here with how she looked in Big Little Lies, you don’t even have to have the differences between the two characters explained for you. You already know what they are. The ensemble is nice enough, but it’s the epitome of Girl, That’s Not Your Look.
Ilana, on the other hand, is pretty much dressed how she always dresses.
We suspect you just saw every funny bit in the movie.
