Salma Hayek Needs You to Clap For Her at the Alexander McQueen Fall 2017 Show

Let’s give Miss Salma a mild round of positive reinforcement here, darlings. She managed not to screw this one up too bad.

Mind you, we don’t love it, but it doesn’t make us cringe or have us wondering how her taste could be so bad when she has enough money to buy the best fucking taste on the planet. Honestly, the crap this lady —

But we digress.

She just copied the runway look – and shoved herself into a jacket a mite too snug on her, as is her way – so we don’t want to over-praise here. It’s a good look that suits her better than most of the ones she chooses for herself (From the pile of couture that drops through a hole in her ceiling hourly. We’re assuming) and she made no egregiously bad styling choices to screw with it. The necklaces are a bit much and what little peek of the shoe we’re seeing doesn’t exactly fill us with optimism about what’s going on down there, but for now, positive reinforcement. A semi-sincere, semi-hearty, lower-case “attagirl” to you, Salma. Keep it up, dear. We’re rooting for you.
