We’re gonna do Miss Mandy a solid here, since we came down pretty hard on her yesterday (and a bunch of yesterdays before that because honestly, this gal wouldn’t know a — sorry, we’ll stop). She may not get it quite right every time (or even any time), but when she does pretty good for herself, we’re queen enough to admit it.
Granted, we figure this isn’t to all y’all’s tastes. Some are gonna have a problem with the goofy-ass sleeves or the tight, cropped pants. And that’s fair. Those things could be seen as being a little off, at best. We get it. But the color’s nice and despite some goofy shapes, this is as cohesive and quietly put-together a look as she’s ever managed. And on the goofiness scale, compared to some of the other weirdnesses she’s been unleashing lately, this doesn’t really rate very high. It’s not a great look, but it’s a pretty good one for her.
GOD, that was dripping with backhandedness. We tried. Really we did, kittens.
