Claire Danes Suits up for the Afghan Hands Fundraiser

This is a rare instance of us opening up a series of pics we chose hours before and being pleasantly surprised that the outfit’s better than we realized. Usually, the opposite happens. We’ll open up a bunch of shots we picked at the dawn’s early light, only to sit there wondering just what the hell we were thinking before the coffee kicked in.

But this time, we must’ve snagged onto the understated cuteness here:

We thought this was a basic Hillary suit, but the tailoring and silhouette are much more stylish. We’re not entirely sure about the big scarf as accessory, although we have to admit it plays nicely with the blue of the suit.

We know it’s nothing to get super-excited over, but it’s cute and out-together. Works for us. AttaClaire.
