How many of you fist-pumped when he made a point to button his jacket?
No? Just us? Oh, well. We pay attention to these things, you see. And we have a history of whining at him for walking red carpets with his jacket unbuttoned. It felt like a victory to us. We have to take these things where we can get them. We’re not weird. You’re weird.
Also:
STUNNING. That is a MAN-WERQ.
We don’t usually love the Johnny Cash, Man-in-Black look, but this is impeccably rendered. The play of textures, the distinctions afforded each piece through the use of matte and shine – those are the qualities that make it work. It’s not just a mass of black shaped like a man. It’s a bunch of well-rendered pieces each given a chance to stand out. The fabulous pocket square also helps. As does the gorgeous man, of course.
