Style Profile: Thandie Newton Goes Crazy in Schiaparelli, Marc Jacobs and Altuzarra

Posted on January 31, 2017

Miss Thandie has been making the most of this moment in her career by putting on some SUPER cray outfits and hitting every red carpet that’ll have her. We cannot “ATTAGIRL” such a move enough.

Let’s all take a look at the flamazingness she’s been unleashing on an unsuspecting world lately.

“Westworld” actress Thandie Newton attends The 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California in Schiaparelli.

You didn’t even know you wanted a horses-and-ferris-wheel dress until just this moment, did you?

While we can’t sign off on the shoulder treatment or the shoes, the dress is so fun and quietly whimsical (YOU HEAR THAT, FASHION WORLD? “QUIETLY,” DAMMIT) that we’re willing to look past them.

This is INSANE.

We know it’s probably not going to get a lot of love among the kittens – and we wouldn’t dream of arguing that the above frock is chic or elegant – but we’ve gotta love a celebu-gal who, when given the chance to pick some free dresses to wear, goes for the loudest, craziest ones in the pile.

And speaking of which, you should probably brace yourself.

Girl, you’re crazy. We can’t really defend this one, but we love you for it anyway.

Look at it this way: How many black, white or black-and-white dresses have we all seen in the past week? We’re fine with someone being a little fun and editorial in her red carpetry. It’s all about taking an unforgettable shot. Done and done.
