Call us crazy, but we don’t hate this.
It’s not cutting edge or chic. It’s standard pop-star wear, although it’s so generic she comes off more like a backup dancer than a lead singer. But it’s not try-hard and she doesn’t come off like a poser. Whatever the merits of her talents or success of efforts, she is, in fact, a pop star making a typical pop star appearance. And given how many of these damn Jingle Balls they’ll hold between now and the end of December, we don’t blame her for picking something simple that gets the job done.
Besides, the jacket is kind of cute. The pants are scary, though.
