This is all goofy as hell, from the turtleneck to the trashbag skirt to the platforms. There’s nothing chic or stylish about it all. And the way the top and bottom halves meet is plain terrible design. She’s never had the greatest style instincts in the world, but we’re puzzled as to why she’d pick this silly thing. It’s just a slightly awkward collection of elements, none of which belong in the same look.

But her face looks cute.
