Because of course she does.
This is all somewhat eyeroll-worthy attention-seeking dressing, but it doesn’t offend us. Sure, the shorts are silly and the open toed booties are heinous, but the jacket’s pretty sweet. You could build everything from a work ensemble to a casual day ensemble to a date night ensemble out of that one piece. It’s over-designed in that latter-day Chanel kind of way and maybe the fringe is asking too much of you, but we think it’s fun and chic.
And you know Kristen Stewart would’ve worked this whole outfit much better.
