From a purely fashion perspective, we have to admit…

… we just love the hell out of this woman. She really gets fashion in a way so few stars do. She knows when to take it seriously, she knows when (and how) to have fun with it, and most importantly, she knows how to straddle that line of both taking it seriously and having fun with it. If it please the court of kittens, we submit the preceding pictures as evidence, marked exhibit F – for Fabulous.

We get all the complaints and critiques. It’s an odd and hard-to-wear dress. It’s strange to even think you could pick something like this up at your local H&M. But it’s so different and fun and she so knows how to style (those braids are perfect) and pose in it. She does that thing that we always tell actresses to do when having style issues: treat the clothes as a costume, create a character to wear them, and breathe life into them by playacting her. Normally we’d create an alternate personality to explain Miss Chloe’s choices, but this time, we thought we’d pay tribute to the fact that she makes it so easy to create those characters in the first place because she does most of the work herself through her style choices.
