We LOVE this on Miss Emily:

The proportions are a little bit much for a mere mortal to pull off – especially wide-legged cropped pants.  Nut the polka dots and the ruffles, the big white buttons and the bright green clutch; they all combine to make for a chic, photogenic Fashion Week kind of look. This would look out of place on a film premiere red carpet (more’s the pity), but it’s the perfect bright, sassy, fun daytime look we love to see a celebu-lady sport when she can.
