We’re starting to think maybe celebrities should stop using stylists, even though we’ve spent at least 8 years loudly saying the opposite. But now everyone’s so perfectly curated and samey-same that we find ourselves missing the days when lady stars wore bike shorts on the red carpet.
But then it passes quickly. Maybe it gives us fewer chances to be bitches, but we really can’t fault anything going on in the above pictures. They both look fantastic. His suit’s a little on the boxy side, but men’s suiting is due to get over the slim cut any day now, so he may be trend forecasting here. Still, it’s another banker’s suit. A very expensive-looking one, but then again, is there such a thing as a cheap banker’s suit?
Her dress is gorgeous. We’re a bit over the trend of over-embellished gowns on the red carpet, but every once in a while, one comes along that reminds you how good it can look.
Looks like a great first date movie!
