“Game of Thrones” actress Natalie Dormer attends the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall 2016 show as part of Paris Fashion Week in Paris, France.
Amidst all the fireworks (almost literal) of the season 6 finale of Game of Thrones, it seems to us Miss Natalie’s performance got short shrift. Go back and watch her one and only scene. She’s fantastic in it, registering a haughty frustration on her face that morphs quickly to a panicked rage and then finally, sheer terror. It’s beautifully done.
Anyway, we miss her already and hope she gets a kajillion film offers soon. We will do our part to help her career along by critiquing her fashion choices.
Aaaaand we have no crits at all, really. It’s a little on the mature side and the shoes don’t do anything for it, but it’s low-key chic and pretty on her. We suppose that’s one way to wear a pussy bow. It gives off slight whiffs of Liza, but whenever we picture it tied around her neck, we mentally recoil. This was the way to go.
Yeah, it’s a sheer top, but there’s so much going on with it that our normal objections don’t apply. It’s not all about showing off her bra.
