Kate Hudson attends Fendi’s 90th Anniversary Fashion Show held at the Fontana di Trevi in Rome, Italy.
In a way, it makes sense that she dashed past the photographers instead of doing the usual step-and-repeat. This is a dress that works best either with a wind machine or in motion – and we guess she figured a giant fan placed in front of her would’ve looked a bit desperate.
It’s pretty and dramatic, we suppose. We can’t decide whether that shade of blue is a dreamy pastel or just kind of drab-looking. And the bust situation isn’t all that great. We wouldn’t be surprised if the dress was designed to be worn without a bra, but we think it only really works with a gal under a certain cup size. Nothing wrong with a natural shape, but the way they rest on that ribbing just below them isn’t particularly flattering, especially when there are awkward cutouts right below that and pin tucking or pleating all over.
Kinda funny how all those complaints disappear when she sits down, though. Maybe that’s why she rushed to her seat.
