These poor men need our help, darlings. We are flirting with tragedy here.

First, there’s Stephen:

Good ol’ reliable “cute smile” Stephen, in his poop-colored job interview ensemble.

Stephen, we appreciate that you’re putting the effort in, but this getup lacks style and the colors look terrible on you. Let’s see you with some pattern in your shirt and tie choices and some color in your suit choices that sets off your eyes, yes? This is all fixable. You’re cute and you’re trying. We just have to get you pointed in the right direction. Remember: color, pattern, even a little texture. Introduce these to your suit/shirt/tie choices and you will instantly look much better in pictures.

As for Will…

No.

No, Will.

This is not a good look for a man at almost any age, but it’s a particularly bad one for middle-aged divorced dads. Sorry to be so harsh, but you needed to hear it. Shave, lay off the tanning, find a suit that fits you and put on a tie. This look is a bad cliche and you need to get far away from it very quickly. #toughlove
