This unlikely duo has been out doing their best to seem interesting together.

Sorry. Had to call it like we see it.

Forced to dress like they’re on a gay pride float and stand next to movie stars. Actually, poor Anna. She must’ve been pissed when she showed up and found out her outfit was going to be overshadowed by a bunch of female drag queens. Still, she does pretty well here. The shoe/bag situation is a bit too coordinated to the dress for our tastes, but she looks cute. She just needs about two inches hacked off that skirt.

He looks good. We like each piece he’s wearing, but there’s something odd about the combined proportions of those pants and that jacket. They make him look wider than he is.

Yes, yellow is officially a trend for Cannes 2016. And to our surprise, she’s nailing the hell out of this one. It’s no more interesting a design than Chastain’s dress, but she’s got the movie star look down cold. We’re thrilled at the prospect of pendants coming back into red carpet vogue. They make such a great way of finishing a formal look off.

He is doing very well here. He gets a cookie for his efforts.

So what do we all think? Do they hate each other? That’s some stiff-ass posing.
