Is she worried about her taxes? Doing complicated math problems in her head? Having some sort of attack?
Or is she just trying to figure out how the top half of this look is a little fun and a little strange in that perfectly Gaga way but the bottom half is just an awkward needle scratch? Perhaps she’s wondering if the kids today even know what a needle scratch is anymore.
