Miss Selena has spent her time lately walking the streets of European cities in highly attention-seeking ensembles, to which we can only say “ATTAGIRL,” with great enthusiasm, even if the last one we looked at was tragique to an almost operatic level.
Fortunately for her – because these things are probably very important to her – we don’t hate these next two looks.
Selena Gomez visits the Virgin Radio station in Paris in Giambattista Valli.
It’s fun. She looks like either the heroine or the villainess of a ’60s Italian horror film. We’re here for the Dracula’s Daughter realness. Seems a bit elaborate for a radio station, but who are we to judge someone for getting dressed up, right?
Selena Gomez is seen at BBC Radio 1 in London in Marni.
Okay, we lied. We think we might hate this. We know we hate the lower half. That skirt and those shoes are just plain unattractive to our eyes. We can’t decide if the top is interesting or if we’re annoyed at it for being so distracting. We’re all for abstract designs on clothing, but this is a bit too much like a Rorschach test. Still, points to her for nailing the attention-seeking part of the brief. It’s the kind of look paparazzi rush to get a picture of.
