Pop Style Opinionfest: Oscars Red Carpet Wrapup!

Darlings, as you might expect, these two queens STILL have things to say about the Oscars red carpet. You’d think we’d be tapped out, and we certainly are now, but we found that not only had we not chosen our best and worst dressed yet, but that the assembly line style of post-Oscars posting meant there was still much we hadn’t expressed about things like  the major style themes this year or the influence of money and marketing on how people dress, resulting in probably the most conservative (from a style perspective) Oscars red carpet in many years.

Yes, we certainly can wring every last bit out of a topic once we get going.

Also, we devote just a little time to tell you what it’s like when someone famous slams you in the New York Times. Yes, one of our very favorite actresses, Sarah Paulson of American Horror Story and American Crime Story (CRUSHING it right now as Marcia Clark), told the New York Times in a much-circulated interview that we were mean to her. Our response to that? Well, you’ll just have to take a listen, won’t you?

It’s us mouthing off once again, darlings. And all on very little sleep in states that nearly approach exhaustion! Entertainment value PLUS!
